Flange: IS 2062 Grade B. ANSI B16.5, 150#for drilled holes

Cover plate: IS 2062 Grade B

Lining: Pure PTFE in compliance with ASTM D 1457, white in colour

Lining thickness: 3 to 7 mm, exceeds the relevant ASTM F- 1545 standard specs

Glasses: Toughned glass, high temperature and pressure oil tempered quenched light and sight glass as per BS 3463/75

Operating temperature: -29 to 260 deg. C

Operating pressure: Vaccume to 6 kq / cm. sq.

Hydrostatic pressure ted: 10 kg / cm. sq

Air leak bust: 3 kg / cm. sq.

Spark test: 10 KV
